Hi. This is Jazz and me (Lee). And that's us sawing a log at our wedding. This is our attempt at letting friends, family, and whoever else is interested (or really bored) follow our experiences, ranging from the day-to-day to our travels abroad. If you don't know us, here are the basics:- I was born and raised in Texas. I've lived in California and currently reside in Chicago with Jazz.
- Jazz was born in Germany. She moved to Texas at age nine. She currently resides in Chicago with me.
- Jazz married me (and vice versus) on April 19, 2008 in Texas. We were surrounded by friends, family, and oh so wonderful Bar-B-Que.
- We graduated from UT Austin with four degrees (Jazz's doing). I went on to earn a MS in Davis, California, and Jazz is finishing up her MBA at the Univ. of Chicago Booth. I work for AECOM as a water resources engineer and Jazz works for Nielsen in marketing research.
- Since 2003 Jazz and I have been to California, Las Vegas, New York, Key West, Mexico, St. Lucia, Canada, France, Germany, Austria, the Caribbean, New Zealand, Madison (Wisconsin!), Guatemala, and India. And many places in between. We've always talked about keeping a journal but rarely did. Now's our chance.
