We Interrupt Your Regularly Scheduled Program

... with an update from Patagonia in Punta Arenas, Chile.  Contrary to what you may be thinking, we have not been teleported from Beijing to South America.  That's sad news for those of you who were delighted to suddenly learn about the invention of teleporters.  Instead we’ve been having too much fun to spend time in front of our laptop updating our blog.  Since Beijing we have experienced the people and places of Southeast Asia, the hard-line Communism of North Korea, the wildlife (koalas!) of Australia, the emerald lagoons and snorkeling of Fiji, the tango and wine of Argentina and the epic landscapes of Chile.

Tonight we are spending the last night of our trip in one of the most beautiful settings in the world.  It is crazy to think that tomorrow we will be flying home to spend Christmas with the family and our trip will come to a close.  As for our blog, we'll be catching up on posts while spending January in Texas before moving to Brisbane, Australia in February (a whole new adventure!).  We have lots to share and hope you'll keep on reading.
